THE STEMcx Conference and Expo

welcomes over 250 middle school and high school students, parents and teachers to a full day of STEM fun. The day starts with a Keynote speaker, this year it was Stephanie Hill, Vice President at Lockheed Martin and culminates with a STEM expo. During the day students get to participate in two workshops on everything from drones to bones. CSI, Emergency room, Make-up and Beauty, even dinosaurs. We had two computer labs - one run by Northrop Grumman and the other by Lockheed Martin along with Wind Energy from Excelon and The Maryland Science Center and Robots from The Purge Project. This event is done every two years and is FREE to all attendees. Please take a look at our gallery below.
